Company “Vi-Tel ltd” has a fairly long history of its activities. Founder of the company began his business in 1987, during the "perestroika". He is one of the first private entrepreneurs in Togliatti city, Russia. Business in the high-tech field company started in 1989. Brand - «INSOFT-AG». The first project - the creation of ACS for stamping production line in “LADA” car plant. In that project was developed a complete draft, software purchased and installed industrial controllers and other components of the ACS. At the same time, after completion of training in the business school in Washington D.C., USA in 1996., founder of the company decided to start a new business project - creating a private operator of fixed telephony, ISP market and software development. The project was implemented under the trademark "Attack of High Technologies". Completed in 2006, sales of assets to holding company “Svyazinvest”. Number of customers at that time was more than 10 000.

In 2006, a team of founders started a new business project - development and implementation of software for the use of global satellite navigation systems (GNSS). During the 1.5 years was established software system, branded WEB-GLONASS. Received 5 Certificates of “Russian Rospatent”. After obtaining a federal license for the production of cartographic products is an active development and production of digital maps of cities and territories of the Russian Federation.
